Hi, I’m Tori Seavey, I manage all the two and four legged critters on my ranch In the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. I’m a cattle rancher, leather worker, gear maker, photographer, mule mumbler, horse rescuer, and a few things in between.

I met Leslie Desmond and Bill Dorrance over 20 years ago, when they were still working on the book, True Horsemanship Through Feel. I’m grateful they showed me a more fitting way of handling horses. That led to starting colts, helping horses with problems, and more quality time with my own mules and mustangs. I try to keep improving so that I can live up to Bill’s idea that I might bring out the best in each horse I handle.

It is wonderful that Leslie has the opportunity to share Horsemanship Through Feel with people all over the globe, so that they can be inspired as I was, and enjoy a kinder relationship with their horses, mules, and donkeys.
